Tell the EPA: Make U.S. Magnesium a Superfund Site

For 13 years, U.S. Magnesium (formerly MagCorp) was the number one toxic air polluter in the country.
While it no longer holds that distinction, the company's list of other toxic releases is staggering: metals (including arsenic, chromium, mercury, copper, and zinc), acidic waste water, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), hexachlorobenzene (HCB), and dioxins/furans present at levels posing cancer, diabetes, and immune system risks to workers at the site according to the Environmental Protection Agency.
Now, the EPA is considering listing U.S. Magnesium as a federal Superfund Site to force the company to clean up its act. But first, it wants to hear from you.
Please take a minute to tell the EPA to list U.S. Magnesium as a Superfund Site.
