The Governor’s Utah Renewable Energy Zone (UREZ) Task Force has published an interactive map that allows users to examine the renewable energy possibilities of their counties and their state. The map allows users to select a specific source of renewable energy or to see all sources at once. The map offers compelling visual evidence that Utah has a bounty of environmentally friendly energy resources available to it. Already this year (as of January 26th), $65,000 dollars in credits have inspired $559,000 in spending on residential renewable energy projects. Talk about leveraging!
