 <p>EnergySolutions wants to import 20\,000 tons of nuclear waste from Italy and dispose some of it here in Utah.  Yet\, no Utah public official has spoken out against this proposal!</p>
 <p>On Feb. 1st\, a state regulatory board will decide if they should be the first to take a bold stand.</p>
 <p>Let’s pack the room and encourage them to protect Utah from becoming the world’s nuclear dumping ground.

DESCRIPTION:<p>This Friday the 15th\, the legislation that could finally deliver clean energy to Utah will be debated by its first Senate Committee.</p>
 <p> But even though an overwhelming majority of Utahns (92%) support increased government incentives and investment in renewable energy\, the “Real McCoy” Renewable Energy Provisions of 2008 could have a hard time passing out of committee.</p>
 <p>   <strong>We need your support on Friday to show our legislators that Utah needs clean energy now.  Help us pack the committee room to support Sen. McCoy’s Renewable Energy Provisions (SB 173) and urge our legislators to do the same by passing it out of committee.</strong></p>
